A native desert breed from Rajasthan — free-grazing, A2 by nature, raised by one family we know personally. Their milk has a naturally richer colour and deeper flavour.
Our cows eat grass, neem, and over 20 wild desert plants. That's where the golden colour and the distinctive aroma come from — not a lab, not an additive.
No bulk milk from unknown sources. No blending. We work with one farming family we know by name. You always know exactly where your food comes from.

We didn't invent a new method. We simply refused to forget the old one — and refused to cut corners when the market made it easy to do so.
Commercial ghee takes a shortcut — melting leftover cream. We don't. We follow the original Bilona method: milk becomes curd, curd becomes butter, butter becomes ghee. It takes 30 litres of milk to fill one litre jar. That's why it tastes different.
Ghee absorbs the properties of whatever it's stored in. Plastic — even food-grade plastic — changes the taste and affects the quality over time. We've never used plastic, and we never will.
